Maple Sugaring Workshop

  • Tupper and Friends Maple 60 West Ridge Road Cornville, ME, 04976 United States (map)

Escape the winter blues and join us for a fun and educational maple workshop on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Tupper and Friends Maple, located at 60 West Ridge Rd in Cornville, ME.

This engaging event will feature Kathy Hopkins, a retired statewide Extension Maple Educator, who will teach the basics of maple syrup production—perfect for anyone interested in learning how to make syrup at home.

We’ll also hear from Chris Tupper, owner of Tupper and Friends Maple, as he shares his inspiring journey of turning a small maple syrup hobby into a successful local business.

This workshop is free to attend, and donations to support the Somerset County Soil and Water Conservation District are greatly appreciated.

Please register to save your spot and let us know you’re coming.

Co-sponsored by the Somerset County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Piscataquis County Soil and Water Conservation District, this event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, learn valuable skills, and enjoy the sweet side of Maine’s heritage.
